    This week Nige is in Monterey, California, formerly the Sardine Capital of the World until the mid 1950's (of course you knew that anyway!).There's a plethora of fish restaurants on Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey all trying to entice you into their restaurant with staff outside offering Clam Chowder samples, and incentives to draw you in.

    But there is ONE restaurant that doesn't do this, and it's no coincidence they have the most customers!
